LOCATION: It is situated in a beautiful and quiet part of northeast Phuket near the small village of Ban Para and the nearby town Thalang.

The property is surrounded by farmland and National Park. It has no immediate neighbors and offers complete privacy and tranquility.

CONNECTIONS: The property is approached by a small paved very quiet Government-owned road which has the benefit of street lighting and connects to the main road 500 m away.

Phuket International airport is a 20 minutes drive with its worldwide international connections.

SPORTS AND SOCIAL: There are two international standard golf courses within easy distance. Mission Hills Golf Course is 5 minutes’ drive away and the world-famous Blue Canyon is 15 minutes drive. There are several other courses of high standards on the Island.

Thanyapura Sports and health club is 15 minutes drive away which has swimming pools, a running track, and tennis courts. It frequently hosts training camps for international standard athletes. 

The local area has numerous Thai restaurants and 30 minutes drive away is the west coast tourist area of Laguna with many excellent 5 star hotels, restaurants, sports facilities, and safe beaches. 

BOATING AND MARINE: Phuket has a wealth of marine facilities.

Yacht Haven and Ao Po Marinas are situated 20 minutes’ drive away and Boat Lagoon and Royal Phuket Marinas are 30 minutes distance. All provide world-class maintenance and service. Various local businesses provide diving, game fishing, and water sports.

LAND: The property is situated on 5 rai of land. 3 rai is a formal garden and a further 2 rai has been left natural. There is plenty of scopes to build more property if required. A private 17-meter swimming pool is installed and was built by Desjoyeaux. It has been maintained by them ever since. The pool area has a covered pool bar and toilet.

THE PROPERTY: Was designed by an architect and work started 14 years ago. It took 2 years to build and the 40 workers who built it were supervised at all times by the architects.

The main building is connected by a substantial hallway with spectacular views over the countryside. Off this hallway is an open-plan office. The outside space has large covered terra-cotta patios making it an excellent outside dining area.  There is a very large basement under the main house and is currently used for storage. It could easily be converted into further bedrooms, office space, gym or other uses.

The guest wing of the property is, in fact, another large house connected by a short, covered walkway. It has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms and an extra room for either tv use, office or could be converted into a kitchen/diner. One of the bedrooms has an outside patio area with impressive views over the gardens and National Park. The guest wing could be an excellent area for teenagers, relatives or guests as it is separate from the main house and allows complete privacy.

The basement underneath this guest wing has a three-tank water containment system and pumps supplying the whole property. Also separate from the main house is a staff quarter consisting of a double bedroom, sitting room kitchen and bathroom. Outside of that is a patio area, storage rooms, and a large covered garage. With the land available another staff quarter could be built and the current one retained as a separate flat. This is a substantial property with a large land plot. It has great potential for further development. Commercial use is certainly possible such as a secluded spa. The land available would allow for the building of high-end hotel rooms.
