ADVANTAGES OF THE LOCATION:
Beach front location, facing the coastline, is the main but not the only advantage of geographical position of this amazing villa. The area itself is very interesting for the experienced tourists because, on the one hand, there are no crowds of people, and, on the other hand, the area is provided with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Beautiful beaches – Nai Harn and Yanui – are ten minutes away. The development of the touristic and household infrastructure is on top level. There are numerous ways of spending leisure time.
The villa itself has a perfect well-thought design. Architectural austerity and modesty, clear shapes and simple colors – every detail is designed to emphasize the perfect taste of the owner. There are no blank walls, the overview is open in all directions. This solution allows to show its “facing the ocean” location and to fill the interior with natural light. Better use of natural lighting is achieved by soft warm colors of walls and ceiling which creates soft shades instead of the harsh shadows.
