Villa type A

Construction Schedule

  • Infrastructure including internal roadways, retention ponds and management areas commenced in October 2012 and is complete

  • The first phase of 5 villas begun construction at the end of 2015  
  • The entire development is set to complete by 2020

RENTAL OPTIONS  

Owners have the option of putting the Villa into the rental program that will be managed by the Resort and Spa. The revenues received by the hotel management are allocated to the owner(60%) and the hotel operator(40%). 

PAYMENT TERMS AND INFORMATION

  • Reservation Deposit  THB 3 million
  • 15% of the selling price on the contract signing date and within 30 days from reservation date
  • 50% of the selling price less to be paid when the construction has been 50% completed
  • Balance of Payment 35% of the selling price to be paid on the registration date.
