Location: The villa is located in a closed area of a prestigious complex, under permanent security. In walking distance, there is a small and very cozy Kata Noi beach, that you can go down to it on your own path. It is not a very popular beach among tourists, but loved by those who have long lived in Phuket. The distance of the beach from the main tourist stream can be considered a significant advantage. The beach is almost never clogged with people and here you can relax from the hustle and bustle, enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

Of course, the master bedroom is completely independent. There are a private bathroom and dressing room. Also, on the upper level, there is an open area with a dining table, chairs, and large soft sofas. It will be nice to have breakfast enjoying the fresh, salty air and dining, watching the unique sunsets.
The remaining 2 guest bedrooms are located on the lowest level. Each has its own bathroom. Also, on the lower level, there is a separate room for staff, laundry and storage room. And from the parking to the top floor you will take your own elevator.
All rooms feature beautiful, high, vaulted ceilings with wooden accents and ceiling fans.
