The developer is fully confident in the success of this project and guarantees 7% income from a rental program for 15 years and completely exempts the owners from additional fees (NO monthly payment, NO electricity charges, NO maintenance fees, NO sinking fund, etc.)
Also, the developer offers the buyback option:
- After 10 years – the full purchase price.
After 15 years, the developer offers the opportunity to revise the new rental warranty period.
