Off market sales
A significant share of our listings is never published, at the owner’s request. The seller does not want neighbours, tenants, staff or competitors to know. We show these properties privately, after a short conversation about what you are looking for.
Sourcing to order
Tell us the area, the budget, the timing and the purpose, and we search and negotiate on your behalf, including properties that are not openly for sale today. Fifteen years on Phuket have given us direct relationships with owners, developers and management companies.
Below market price
On part of our transactions we reach a price 30 to 40 percent below the market. These are urgent sales, direct work with the owner without a chain of agents, and properties that need renovation. We carry out renovation ourselves, through Winner Mansion, so the final cost is calculated together with the works from the start.
Bank repossessed property
We are also preparing a separate line of bank repossessed property. A number of these assets are expected to reach the market shortly. As a rule this is the most profitable category and it sells quickly, so we are building a list of clients who will be notified first.
